  • Fenix 21700 5000 mAh rechargeable battery (ARB-L21-5000U) with an integrated USB-C charging connector.

  • Internal protection includes a separator, state-of-the-art overheat protection (PTC - Positive Temperature Coefficient) and a special pressure-relief vent. 
  • If gas pressure inside the cell exceeds a certain threshold, the internal separator will separate the electrodes inside the battery, effectively interrupting the exothermic reaction, and the safety vent will release the excess gas pressure outside the cell. 
  • Thanks to the combination of electronic and mechanical (temperature and pressure) protection, Fenix batteries rank among the safest available Li-ion cells.
  • Due to the battery length of 76 millimeters (including the protective electronics) it can only be charged in chargers designed to accommodate this length.
