    If within 3 years of purchase any part of your ceiling fan (excluding the motor) becomes defective due to an internal material or manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace the faulty part free of charge. If at any time within 15 years of purchase the motor of your ceiling fan fails due to an internal material or manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace the faulty motor (at our discretion) without any entitlement to reimbursement for the replaced part or the work performed, provided the product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
