  • Detector reacts to even the smallest amount of smoke that enters the detector cover.
  • When smoke is detected, a loud intermittent tone is activated and the red indicator LED flashes.
  • The alarm will end automatically after the smoke is vented from the detector chamber.
  • Functionality can be tested with the button on the top cover of the device (for proper function it is recommended to perform a TEST every week).
  • The detector is powered by a 9 V alkaline battery (battery is included).
