Prodávající NEAKCEPTUJE zboží vrácené na jeho adresu balíkem - DOBÍRKOU. Tento balík nebude převzat a bude vrácen zpět odesílateli (viz. bod 5.5 VOP).

Zboží nám zašlete co nejdříve, aby mohla být Vaše reklamace vyřízena v zákonem stanovené lhůtě. Pokud nám zboží nebude dodáno, nemůže dojít k vyřízení reklamace v zákonem stanovené lhůtě a při dlouhodobém prodlení s dodáním zboží by mohlo dojít k neobjektivnímu posouzení vady z důvodu možného pokračujícího používání vadného zboží.

V případě reklamace fotovoltaických panelů a fotovoltaického příslušenství neprovádějte sami demontáž. Vyčkejte na kontaktování ze strany pracovníka reklamačního oddělení. V některých situacích dokážeme vadu na fotovoltaickém panelu nebo příslušenství vyřešit za pomoci servisního technika na dálku, kdy není přímo nutná demontáž samotného solárního panelu a jeho zaslání k nám.
