How to proceed when claiming goods

If you find the goods inoperable or have stopped working during use, be sure to let us know using the complaint form.

You can use the complaint form if the goods have already arrived to you inoperative or if they have stopped working during normal use.
In the case of goods purchased through an online store, the customer (consumer) is entitled to a complaint within 2 years from the delivery of the goods. For some products, this period can range from 3 to 5 years. This fact is always stated for each product individually or is specified in the terms and conditions. You can read which defects the complaint covers in the complaint procedure.
 
What to do if you want to claim the goods:
  • Before sending the goods for complaint, contact us using the online form on our website.
  • Print and fill in the complaint label, all necessary information are in the invoice. 
  • To accept and settle the complaint, place the completed and printed label on the packaging of the package in which you return the goods to us. If you are returning multiple packages to us, place a label on each of them.
  • If you do not have the option to print, rewrite the label manually on the package packaging.
  • If the complaint procedure is not followed, the complaint may not be accepted.
  • Send the package to the address of the company's registered office (Packeta.de ID 94877213, Schloßplatz 2, 086 48 Bad Brambach Germany). Please do not send it cash on delivery!
