If, at any time within 15 years of purchasing the product, an internal defect in the material or a manufacturing error results in a defect in the engine of your ceiling fan, we will repair or replace the defective piece (according to our assessment) without claiming reimbursement for the cost of the replaced piece or work performed, provided that the product is handed over in its original packaging and with all accessories.

The characteristic wooden features with knots and structure are a guarantee of the uniqueness of each product so it may not fully match the image. Therefore, we would like to point out that it is not covered by the complaint because of the variety of the used natural material.
