  • Can be used both horizontally and in vertically routed ventilation ducts.
  • Particularly suitable for apartment buildings where connecting a range hood or other exhaust appliances to a common shaft often causes odors to backflow from neighboring apartments.
  • The check valve reduces the effective airflow area in the duct to some extent; when used in an exhaust system, ensure the fan has sufficient capacity.
