However, if within 60 days you find out, that Philips Hue did not live up to your expectation, you can take advantage of refund guarantee.
How to claim a refund
- It is not possible to return goods in the store. Please send the goods within 60 days from the date of receipt of the package to address: Alasans s.r.o., Pražská 2532/4, 67801 Blansko, Česká republika. We recommend to insure the package and send it as a fragile package.
- Return the goods undamaged, in the original packaging, with all accessories and with the original receipt.
- You will receive the amount stated on the receipt within 60 days by a postal order or to the bank account specified in the completed form.
- Refund guarantee only applies to products Philips Hue, which were paid in cash or by a credit card.
Refund guarantee applies to products Philips Hue purchased before 31. 8. 2020.
