If you purchased the goods for personal use (i.e., you did not provide a company registration number or VAT number in the order), you have the right as a consumer to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. How should you proceed in such a case?

Before sending back the goods you wish to return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods by using the online claim and withdrawal form available on our website.

Fill in the claim and withdrawal form. You will find all the information on your invoice.

To speed up the processing of your withdrawal from the contract, please write the withdrawal form number directly on the package in which you are returning the goods to us. If you are sending multiple packages, please make sure this number is clearly marked on each of them.

The goods should be returned to us within 14 days from filling out the online form on our website.The goods should be unused, packed in their original packaging, undamaged, and suitable for resale. The package must include all original accessories.
- Send us the package to the address of our complaint (Packeta.de ID 94877213, Schloßplatz 2 086 48, Bad Brambach Germany). Do not send it via cash on delivery!
Voluntary right to withdraw from the contract within 60 days of receiving the goods:
In addition to the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, the seller voluntarily provides buyers who are consumers with the option to withdraw from the contract within 60 days of receipt of the goods. Such a buyer may cancel the contract even after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired by sending the goods back to the seller within 60 days of receipt (the period begins on the day following delivery of the goods), if it meets the conditions set out in Article 5.3 of the Business Terms.
