If you made a purchase for your own personal use (i.e. you did not fill in your ID or VAT ID in the order), as a customer (consumer) you have the right to return the products without giving any reason within 14 days. What to do in such a case?
- Fill the COMPLAINT FORM out.
- The products must be unused, in their original packaging, undamaged, and suitable for further sale. The package must contain all the original accessories.
- Send the package to us (Packeta.de ID 94877213, Schloßplatz 2 086 48, Bad Brambach Germany). Please do not send it as certified mail!
If you fail to meet the above-mentioned requirements, the option to return the products may not apply.
If you made a purchase as a natural or legal person (you filled in the ID in your order), you are no longer considered a consumer, so according to Article No. 1829 of the Civil Code you do not have the right to return the products within 14 days following delivery.
