Registration steps
When creating a new account, you can choose one of four ways, which includes registration via Facebook, Google, Seznam, or E-mail. With the first three variants, you just need to be logged in on those platforms, and you're done. When registering via e-mail, you just need to choose a password. Logging in to an already registered account then works exactly the same.
My account
With the help of the My account category, you can change personal data or the password to your account in just a few seconds. Or you can also use the Edit personal data or Password change if you only need to edit information in one of these variants.
Order history
From the registration to the present day. In the Order history section, you will find a complete list of your orders including their invoices. In addition, you can easily filter orders by date of issue, document number, or their current status, from paid to completed.
Last purchased products
In this category, you will find products that you have purchased in our e-shop, sorted by date of purchase.
Favorite items
Did you find products on our e-shop that you like and are considering purchasing them? Just simply save them by clicking on the heart symbol in the specific product tab. Then it will appear in your favorite items. On your profile in the Favorite items section, you will find a complete list of your favorites.
For download
In this section, you will have access to user manuals or safety instructions for individually selected products. You will find all manuals and important documents arranged clearly in one place.
